Call or text us at 417.214.8598. Leave a brief message with the Symptom/s and year, make and model of your vehicle. If you provide your plate number and state, our Mitchell service program will give us all information on your vehicle, including recalls and safety issues. We will get back with you to work out a plan to restore your vehicle to full operation.

We are only interested in candid information. When we inspect any vehicle for solutions to problems, we do so as Soldiers on patrol. This means we keep a sharp eye for anything that will lend itself to finding a solution to your automotive needs. Our founder and owner is a veteran of U. S. military special operations. The philosophy he has is simple. Be observant and honest about your perception. Listen to others that have information to share. If you need more information, get it. Make a plan and execute it. Then review your actions with candor and open eyes so you can repeat what went correct, improve what should be, and last own mistakes by sharing them so others may learn.
